NIVEA Rich Nourishing Body Cream is infused with Deep Moisture Serum and twice the amount of 100% Natural Almond Oil than the previous formula so that you don’t have to mix in your oils with your cream like I usually do in winter to get extra nourishment. The formula locks in moisture and reduces roughness of very dry skin after just one application leaving you with noticeably smoother, radiant and nourished skin for 48hours. It offers deep moisture that you can not only see but feel too. This intensive moisture care cream is suitable for dry to very dry skin.
Not only is the formulation better but the NIVEA Body Creams have a new modernised look. The new tubs clearly reflect the new Deep Moisture Serum formula and point out additional oils that have been included. The NIVEA Rich Nourishing Body Cream comes in a navy blue 250ml and 400ml tub, the easy to use screw top lid is basically the NIVEA logo, the lid safely secures the cream inside so there is no leakage, I love that the tub has a protective seal so people are not poking their fingers into the cream at the shops and it’s more hygienic.
The tub is nice and full, in my experience when buying body creams there’s 1/3 of the cream missing. The cream has the signature NIVEA body lotion scent that is not overwhelming and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It has a beautiful silky creamy texture and soaks into the skin, it spreads easily and absorbs quickly so not a lot of product is needed, a little goes a long way. The cream leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft and moisturised but unfortunately it’s not rich and hydrating enough for my extremely dry eczema prone skin. I love that the cream doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on the skin and there’s no white residue. Although the body cream is not hydrating and nourishing enough for my skin it works well for Moe who has dry skin but not as severely dry as mine, the cream also works well for my hands as it’s not as dry as the rest of my body.
