The wait is finally over! I have been blind testing a mystery brand for over two weeks now (find out more here) and last week I received a big black box containing the shampoo and conditioner in it’s original packaging. I had left the bubble wrap and wrapping on the box until I could finally do my video so that I wouldn’t be tempted to open it up beforehand. So I sat with this box for a couple of days dying to know what brand of shampoo and conditioner I have been using for over two weeks. Only after opening the box and doing my reveal video I realised that the question mark on the outside of the box basically gave away the brand as it formed part of the brands logo. I seen what you did there Beauty Bulletin 😉.
I did a video review over a week ago after only one use of the shampoo and conditioner and told you what brands I think it could possibly be. After using it a couple more times I came to a conclusion that it could only be Organics. I was excited to see that it is in fact Organics, one of the brands that I have mentioned in my video review, I love being right😉.
The Organics shampoo and conditioner is for dry and damaged hair and contains Organic Shea Butter which is rich in hair-healthy oils that are known to care for damaged hair, while protecting it from drying out. It nourishes the hair from root to tip. Organic Shea Butter is well known for its excellent moisturising and soothing properties.
This is a brand that I have used before and probably would repurchase just for its beautiful scent and the volume it gives my hair. I did however find that the shampoo and conditioner made my scalp a bit dry and flaky but the scent and volume lasts until my next wash which I love.
Organics has three new ranges in addition to the Shea Butter range which are:
- Argan Oil which contains high levels of vitamin E, known to moisturise the hair and to make hair smooth and shiny, this range is to achieve Straight and Sleek hair,
- Aloe which is known to seal in moisture and help nourish your hair, this range is suited for Normal Hair and lastly,
- Green Tea which is rich in antioxidants and vitamins which are known for their soothing and calming properties on your scalp, this is a 2in1 Anti Dandruff shampoo/conditioner.
Included in the reveal box is a massage candle (which I can’t wait to try out) and a Natural Lip Balm (it has a vanilla scent, it is moisturising and leaves my lips feeling soft with a glossy finish) which both contain Shea Butter.
It has been fun testing an unknown brand and eagerly waiting to find out what the brand is, it makes me extremely happy that I have been a part of this exciting project thank you Beauty Bulletin.
