Hi Ladies, tomorrow is Valentine’s day the day of love and spoils so I decided to share with you a step-by-step easy to do valentine’s mani, make-up look using Kangol product’s and tell you about the new Kangol perfume. The mani and make-up look’s are quick and easy to achieve so you can look great and smell amazing with Kangol πŸ˜‰.

Kangol recently released two new perfumes for valentines which are: Pink Sapphire and Black Diamond aswell as a three pack mini gel polishes which are the perfect pink and lilac shade’s for valentines.

I’m going to show you how you can create a quick and easy mani for tomorrow using the mini gel nail polishes.

Valentine’s Manicure

The three colours in the Kangol pack are a light pink almost white shade, a lilac and a hot pink. These nailpolishes have a gel effect without needing a UV lamp to cure it.

To create the valentines mani you would need the following:

β€’ Kangol trio nailpolishes
β€’ A thin mani art brush
β€’ A dotting tool or if you don’t own a dotting tool you could use a tooth pick, bobby pin or the head of a needle.
β€’ A stamping plate
β€’ Top coat or nail art sealer

Step 1: paint nails with the lilac shade

Step 2: put a few drops of the pinkish white shade onto the stamping plate, dip the thin brush into the drops of polish and write the word ‘love’ on the side of your accent nail.

Use the dotting tool to create clusters of dots on each nail into a heart shape. You don’t have to worry about the dots being perfect.

Valentine’s Halo Make-Up

For this valentine’s look I decided to create a ‘halo’ eye, ‘halo’ or ‘spotlight’ is the new make-up trend where strategic placement of eyeshadow is used to create the appearance of rounder larger eyes. It’s quick and easy to create. You can create this look using the Kangol Graffiti Treats eyeshadow palette and for the lips I used the Kangol lip crayon in the pink shade find out more about these products here.

1 I used the light pink over my lids and crease.
2 I then used the dark pink shade on each side (outer and inner) of my lids leaving the centre clear, when creating a halo eye always use a dark shade on the sides and a lighter/brighter shade in the middle. I also applied this shade on the bottom lash line again not touching the centre.
3 Using my finger I applied the gold shade in the middle then blended out into the pink shade with a fluffy brush. I also applied it in the middle of my lower lash line and blended.
4 Lastly I highlighted the inner corners of my eyes and my brow bone with the white shade.

And to complete the entire Valentine’s look I used the Kangol Pink Sapphire perfume which comes in a beautiful pink box and bottle with a silver heart shaped diamond imprinted on both the box and bottle. The perfume has a beautiful sweet fruity scent which I love. It has such an affordable price tag you can spoil yourself with a bottle or both bottles or gift it to your girlfriend’s πŸ˜‰.

The perfume’s ‘Pink Sapphire’ and ‘Black Diamond’ retails for R159.00 and the three pack gel nailpolishes are R119.00 which is valued at R170 so it’s really a bargain. Available exclusively at Truworths stores nationwide.

What are you waiting for accessories yourself with Kangol 😘.
