Mani Monday

It has been a while since I posted a mani monday picture on instagram,  my previous post explains why. I normally do hand painted nail art on my nails but there is a quick and simple way to do up your nails by using nail wraps, nail decals, nail art stickers, nail veils, nail charms etc and you can play around with these to create unique nail art. I like using these when I’m in a hurry or when I want to create something pretty on my nails but not in the mood to do hand painted nail art. You can also use these on just your accent nail to give your mani an instant pop.

I used Catrice ultimate nail lacquer in ’17 Caught On The Red Carpet’, it is such a pretty deep red for autumn/winter. I love the new brush it’s thick and flat making it easier and quicker to apply the nailpolish as the nailpolish spreads over the entire nail.

I was not in the mood to hand paint something awesome on my nails 😊 so instead I used the black lace design nail art stickers which you can find from the nail candi online store. These nail stickers are fun to use and each sheet comes with three different designs so you can create amazing looks.

I kept it simple, I first applied two coats of nail polish, this colour is quite pigmented so even one coat is sufficient. Once that was dry I cut the nail stickers to size and applied over each nail and sealed it with a top coat. So quick and easy ☺. I love the black against the deep red.
